Thank you for your interest in joining the Leadership Team for TOWA. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will be required to sign an NDA and a Board Member or Chapter Lead Agreement, attend monthly Leadership meetings, and keep your membership in good standing. This is an at-will position and may be revoked at any time with or without cause at the discretion of the executive board.

As an Executive Board Member, you will have a minimum of Requirements to participate on the Board as outlined in the Board Member Agreement.

As a Chapter Lead, you will have a minimum requirement of activities as spelled out in the Participation Requirements to be a Chapter Lead which is outlined in the Chapter Lead Agreement. The minimum requirements for a Chapter Lead position are as follows:

• Attend a minimum 6 monthly meetings a year.
• Plan, host, and execute a minimum of 4 events a year, ¾ of them for only club members.
• Keep your membership in good standing.

Once the current board has a chance to review your application, you will be notified by email about next steps. A list of the counties covered in each Chapter region are listed below.

Our main chapters are in Washington state. We are working on adding the state of Idaho and Montana to our club. You will be assigned the appropriate chapter according to your location.
